Attorney Donald J. Cretella, Jr. is a former adjunct professor at Quinnipiac University and handles personal injury cases and criminal defense cases. Over the past two decades Attorney Cretella has handled automobile accidents, slips and falls, pedestrian accidents and workers compensation cases with serious injuries and has fought and received millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients. He has also handled violent and non-violent criminal cases in State and Federal Court. These cases include all white collar crimes, mortgage fraud, drug cases, assaults, sexual offenses, and murders. Attorney Cretella has earned not guilty verdicts in murder cases, federal drug cases, robberies, and sexual assaults. Attorney Cretella was born in New Haven and is a lifelong resident of the New Haven Area.
Attorney Eugene J. Zingaro is a former JAG officer in the United States Marine Corps. Attorney Zingaro is admitted into the federal bar and handles criminal defense cases, in addition to all aspects of family law. These cases can include divorce, child custody,and all post-judgment issues. Attorney Zingaro handles civil and criminal litigation in all courts and has recently litigated ground-breaking cases for Connecticut Bail Bondsmen who have had defendants abscond to foreign countries.

Kamila graduated from Ridgefield High School in 2005, the University of a Connecticut in 2017, then from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2022. While in law school, Kamila held a position as a teaching assistant for the legal writing specialist, externed for a federal judge, and was a corporate counsel extern at the Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Additionally, Kamila participated in pro-bono legal clinics for the Hampden County Bar Association, medical legal partnership Boston, and Connecticut Bar Association. At Zingaro & Cretella, LLC , she practices family law, criminal pardons and sentence modifications, and landlord-tenant law. Kamila is the fifth child of eight siblings, enjoys pottery-making, and currently resides in Danbury, CT.
Rachel Raymond graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2017 with a major in Criminal Justice. Prior to going to law school, Rachel was a paralegal at Zingaro and Cretella for 5 years.
She attended Roger Williams University School of Law and graduated in 2022. Rachel is barred in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
She practices family law here at the firm which includes divorce matters and custody cases.
She enjoys spending her free time with her family and her two cats.
